Our mission is to welcome all into an environment of personal and spiritual growth through the worship of God; to foster a caring, friendly and inviting ministry of people who are committed to knowing God, God's will and the teachings of Jesus Christ; to reach out to all with respect and love; and to represent Christ to the world as a sign of healing and hope.
OUR FAITH
We believe
that the original autographs of the Bible from Genesis 1:1 to
Revelation 22:21 are inspired of God and free from any admixture of
error. The Bible is both verbally and plenary inspired in its
original writings.
We believe the King James Bible (AV 1611) to be the inerrant Word of
God, providentially preserved and transmitted to the people of our
time.
We believe that there is only one living and true God...an
intelligent, sovereign, spiritual and personal being...the Creator,
Preserver, Sustainer, Ruler, and Consummator of the universe and all
things, Who is infinite in all His glorious perfections, and it is
Him we owe the highest love, reverence, and obedience.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Eternal Son of God, begotten of
the Holy Spirit, without a human father, born of a virgin, and is
both truly God and man; and that as man, He was wholly immaculate
and impeccable, and He is absolute deity, wholly unique and singular.
We believe in the personality and Deity of the Holy Spirit, the
third person of the Glorious Trinity, who alone is the Divine
Interpreter of the Word of God.
We believe in the Genesis account of the fall of man. Man was
innocent and in a state of relative perfection as created, but he by
voluntary transgression fell from his state. Consequently, the whole
human race was involved in guilt, constituting all the human race
sinners...depraved in nature, spiritually dead, and absolutely and
irretrievably hopeless apart from Divine Grace.
We believe in the bodily resurrection of Christ and that He arose
from the grave the third day according to the Scriptures.
We believe the gospel is to be preached to all men commanding them
to repent and believe, and that all men are responsible and
accountable to God for their sins and nothing hinders the salvation
of the sinner but their unwillingness to come to Christ. WE DO NOT
ADHERE TO THE DOCTRINES OF HYPERCALVNISM AND ARMINIANISM
We believe there is no substitute for the new birth that God will
accept. Hence all men, without exception, must be "born again" in
order to be saved. This birth is wholly of God and from above.
We believe in the eternal salvation and security of all the truly
saved, and the eternal punishment off all the unredeemed lost, and
wicked sinners.
We believe in a personal, literal devil.
We believe in the pre-tribulation, pre-millennial return of Christ
personally, bodily, and visibly back to earth.
We believe that the church, the body of Christ, is composed of all
who are "born again," and that the local church is the visible
church or assembly, meeting for worship and fellowship, and that the
church is responsible to carry the word of Christ and observe the
ordinances of Christ...the true head of the Church.
We believe the Scriptures teaches us to try the spirits to see if
they be of God and separate ourselves from those which are not.
Therefore, we are against modernism, ecumenicalism, and the modern
charismatic movement.
We believe that the supreme mission of the Church is the
proclamation of the Gospel to every creature. This proclamation is
accomplished by the preaching of God's Word, personal evangelism,
and the support of missionaries.
